Given the assumption that we all have a constant personal monologue going on in our heads at all times, one that can determine how we feel, behave, and ultimately live our lives, there are certainly things that we think about on a regular basis that could do with being changed. To begin with, we could think less about who everyone wants us to be. It is important we live our life to be true to ourselves and not to the person we think other people want us to be. We could also stand to think less about what we don’t have and devote some of that time to being thankful for what we do have.
